Imagine The Selflessness of These Teachers...

Two School Based Management Committee (SBMC) members of Obe Primary School Fugar in Estako Central LGA, Mr Omamegbe Sunday and Mrs Dauda Elizabeth have taken up the selfless responsibility of always standing by the school gate to ensure that the pupils in the community are early to school.

These dedicated SBMC members believe that coming early to school would enable pupils to be actively involved in all daily school activities.

With the Edo Basic Education Sector Transformation (Edo BEST) Initiative, communities are fully involved in the school's administration which has enhanced school enrollment, pupils' participation in the classroom and has also guaranteed a close monitoring of school activities.

Edo BEST is an initiative geared towards the promotion of an all round academic excellence among the pupils and the communities playing host to Edo BEST schools have been fully incorporated within its framework in achieving this objective.

Edo BEST provides quality education for every child.
